Returns and Exchanges Policy
We accept return or exchange requests within 40 days of receiving the product.
Return process: contact us via email with your order information and use the return label provided in the package to send back the product.
Exchange process: after the original product is returned, a new order will be processed for the exchange item, with a handling time of 1–3 business days.
