Delivery Area
At this time, we ship exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom.
We do not currently offer shipping to destinations outside the UK.
Shipping Methods
Once an order is dispatched, delivery will be handled by one of our logistics partners. Depending on the order and destination, carriers may include FedEx, UPS, DHL Express, or other logistics providers offering a comparable level of service. The specific carrier used for your order will be selected at our discretion.
Shipping Fees
Orders with a total value of £39.99 or more qualify for free shipping.
For orders below £39.99, a flat shipping fee of £7 will apply.
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Processing Time
After an order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, it is usually processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days. Business days do not include weekends or UK public holidays.
Order Cut-off Time
Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (Europe/London, GMT/BST) and applies on business days only. Orders placed and paid for before 5:00 PM on a business day will generally begin processing the same day or the following business day. Orders placed after this time or on non-business days will be processed on the next business day.

Once dispatched, orders are expected to be delivered within 5–10 business days. This timeframe is an estimate only and actual delivery may vary due to factors such as carrier operations, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
