Orders Eligible for Cancellation
After an order has been successfully placed and paid, you may request cancellation within 48 hours, provided that the order has not yet been shipped.
Once eligibility is confirmed, we will cancel the order and process a refund to the original payment method.
Orders Not Eligible for Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled in the following circumstances:
The order has been placed for more than 48 hours
The order has already been shipped
Once an order enters the shipping stage or exceeds the cancellable time window, it is considered to be in fulfilment and can no longer be cancelled.

We will review the order status and inform you whether cancellation is possible.
Refunds
For orders that qualify for cancellation, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout once the cancellation is confirmed.
The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
